• Complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery
Applicable to all full-price items, provided they are returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all labels attached.

• Returns for discounted items (including promotional codes)
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund after 14 days.
Orders placed with a promotional code, during a private sale, or with any other price reduction remain eligible for return and refund; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Return costs will be deducted from your refund based on the carrier’s rate for your region.

• Items must be returned in perfect condition; any signs of wear may affect eligibility for refund.
• Final sale items (when specified) are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the item(s).
