Terms of Sale

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on vaillantstudio.com, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale in full. Vaillant Studio recommends reviewing these terms before completing any purchase.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Vaillant Studio reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price confirmed at the time of order is final.

Product colours may vary slightly due to photographic conditions or screen calibration.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Vaillant Studio. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Carte Bleue, PayPal, and Klarna. Transactions are processed securely. Vaillant Studio does not store payment card details.

All card payments are subject to validation checks. Vaillant Studio reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected.

5. Defects

All products are sold on an as-is basis. Vaillant Studio shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or misuse of products, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you receive a defective item, contact commercial@vaillantstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on vaillantstudio.com is the exclusive property of Vaillant Studio S.A.S and is protected under French and international copyright law. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Care Instructions

Dry cleaning is recommended for all garments. If permitted by the care label, pieces may be hand-washed in cold water and laid flat to air dry. Machine washing is strongly discouraged. Machine drying is not permitted under any circumstances. Shoe outsoles are fragile: try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface only.

8. Sustainability

Vaillant Studio prioritises recycled materials (recycled polyester, FSC-certified viscose, organic cotton), dead stock fabrics, and ethical manufacturing partners in France, Poland, and Turkey. All product tags use recycled polyester. Packaging is recyclable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
