Shipping Policy
1. Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in France. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment.
2. Carriers
Orders are shipped via DHL Express or Colissimo depending on destination. A tracking link is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
The following times apply from the date of dispatch:
- Europe: 1 to 3 business days
- North America: 3 to 5 business days
- Asia and Oceania: 3 to 7 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. VAILLANT is not responsible for delays occurring in transit once the order has been handed to the carrier.
4. Taxes and Customs
All applicable taxes and import duties are calculated and collected at checkout for all destinations, including the United Kingdom and the United States. The price you pay at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional charges upon delivery.
French VAT is included in all displayed prices for EU customers. For international orders, VAT is removed at payment and replaced by the applicable local duties and taxes, calculated in real time at checkout.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Shipping fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in the event of a return.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact commercial@vaillantstudio.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
