For made-to-measure commissions, private appointments, or any request that falls outside the ready-to-wear collection, we invite you to reach out directly at eugenie@vaillantstudio.com. Each request is treated with full attention and handled personally.
A few things to know
If you have not received a reply, please check your spam folder before resending. Messages sent over the weekend or on public holidays will be picked up on the next business day. For return requests, please do not send your item back before hearing from us if you are an international customer.
