Where do we ship from?

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in France. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing before your order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

France and Europe: 1 to 3 business days North America: 3 to 5 business days Asia and Oceania: 3 to 7 business days Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days

These are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Carriers

We ship via DHL and Colissimo depending on your location. A tracking link is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us at commercial@vaillantstudio.com

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the event of a return.

Taxes and customs

For orders within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the price displayed at checkout.

For international orders, including the United Kingdom, VAT is deducted from your order total at payment. Your country's customs authority may apply import duties upon arrival. These fees are determined by local regulations and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Vaillant Studio has no visibility or control over these costs.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, we recommend checking your country's import duty rates before placing your order.

My order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at commercial@vaillantstudio.com with your order number and tracking reference. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf within 2 business days.

Please note that investigations with carriers can take 5 to 10 business days to conclude. We appreciate your patience.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Contact us as quickly as possible at commercial@vaillantstudio.com if you need to update your delivery details. Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, we are unable to redirect it.
