Before you start

Your return window is 14 calendar days from your confirmed delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Sale items, pre-orders, swimwear, and underwear are not eligible.

Your return label is already in your package

If your order was delivered within Europe, a pre-paid return label is included inside your parcel. No need to contact us first. Simply repack your item, attach the label, and drop it at the nearest DHL or Colissimo collection point.

International orders (outside Europe)

Email us at commercial@vaillantstudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will confirm and send return instructions within 2 to 3 business days. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Before you send it back

If the fit was not right, we can swap your item for the correct size at no extra cost. Email us at commercial@vaillantstudio.com with your order number and the size you need, and we will check availability for you. If your size is available, we will arrange the exchange directly. No need to go through the return process.

If your size is no longer available, we will issue a store credit for the full value of your item, valid for 12 months, so you can put it towards any other piece in the collection, including new arrivals.

To request an exchange or a store credit, email us at commercial@vaillantstudio.com before sending anything back. We will handle it from there.
