What can be returned?

We accept returns on full-price items within 14 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Sale and discounted items Pre-order items Swimwear Underwear and lingerie Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

How to return, European orders

A pre-paid return shipping label is included inside your package. Use it to return your order in full or partially. Drop the parcel at the nearest DHL or Colissimo collection point.

How to return, international orders (including the United Kingdom)

Return shipping is at your expense. To initiate a return, email commercial@vaillantstudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to send back. We will confirm your request and provide return instructions within 2 to 3 business days.

When will I be refunded?

Your refund is processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I received a defective item

If you receive an item with a defect, contact us at commercial@vaillantstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We will assess the situation and come back to you within 2 business days.

I want to exchange an item

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, return your original item following the process above and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees availability.

My return has been refused

If an item is returned outside the 14-day window or does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In this case, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
