Returns
We accept returns on full-price items within 14 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn,
- unwashed, and
- in perfect original condition,
- with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items

- Underwear and lingerie
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or otherwise not meeting these conditions may not be accepted for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund based on the carrier's rate for your region.
Any applicable customs duties and taxes incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the client.
