A Vaillant gift card lets someone you care about discover the collection at their own pace and choose the piece that speaks to them. No guesswork on size or style. Just a considered gift with full freedom attached.
How it works
Purchase a gift card in the amount of your choice directly on the site. The recipient receives a unique code by email, redeemable at checkout on vaillantstudio.com. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used across the full collection.
A few things to know
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, the difference can be paid with any accepted payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable.

• Complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery
Applicable to all full-price items, provided they are returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all labels attached.
• Returns for discounted items (including promotional codes)
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund after 14 days.
Orders placed with a promotional code, during a private sale, or with any other price reduction remain eligible for return and refund; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Return costs will be deducted from your refund based on the carrier’s rate for your region.
Conditions
• Items must be returned in perfect condition; any signs of wear may affect eligibility for refund.
• Final sale items (when specified) are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the item(s).
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
