We accept returns on full-price items within 14 calendar days of your confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Sale and discounted items
• Pre-order items
• Swimwear
• Underwear and lingerie items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
